We understand that maintaining a Hot Tub, Spa, or SwimSpa can be a daunting task & a bit tricky at times! This is why we are happy to offer a variety of services to help keep your spa and equipment in top condition. Our certified team of experts can provide biweekly water maintenance, repairs, Installations, Inspections, as well as water testing, water chemistry balancing, preventative maintenance services, system flush-drain & deep clean services & more! How Can We Help?
-Service Call- Trip Charge
$100 One-Time
Our trip charge is $100 here in the valley, we charge more if you are located outside of our service area. The trip charge Includes 1/2 hour of labor and/or diagnostics.
-System Flush-Drain & Deep Clean Service-
$300-$450 One-Time
Our system flush-drain & deep clean, is a service we provide, where we flush the plumbing of the spa, to clear out any biofilm and contaminants, drain and deep clean the spa, filters, & cover, we also apply UV protectant to the cover. We charge $300 for a Standard size spa, $450 for a Swim Spa. The process can take anywhere from 1.5-3 hours to complete. This service is recommended every 4-6 months for a Standard Spa, and 8-12 months for a Swim spa (depending on condition and usage)
-Biweekly Water Maintenance-
$99-$135 Per- Month
Spas ($99), SwimSpas ($125), Dual Temp-SwimSpas ($135), & we service Cold Plunges!! The service includes biweekly visits. All chemicals included (including the 'off weeks', we are not there to service the spa). Washing the cover each visit and UV protection applied every other visit. Filters cleaned, acrylic wiped down, system check, water chemistry tested & balanced, debris removed. Customers receive 40% OFF system flush, 50% OFF trip charge, 20% OFF parts, labor, filters and accessories.
-New Spa Orientations-
We offer New spa Orientations- (at no charge) if you purchased a Master Spa from Phoenix Hot Tubs & Swim Spas. *We are the warranty service provider for Master Spas* If you own a different make/model spa, we would charge a trip charge to come out. During the orientation, we would explain water chemistry & answer any questions you may have, so that you are able to understand how everything runs and works, and so that you feel more comfortable operating and using the spa!
-Preventative Maintenance-(Equipment Package) *Recommend Quarterly*
$150
Removal of equipment panel, complete inspection of equipment area & all components. Clean & clear out cobwebs & debris. Check for signs of rodent or insect infestation, secure paneling to avoid the chance of possible infestation in the future. This service is also great to use if your warranty is nearing its expiration date, or if you are considering purchasing a spa, and would like us to check everything out, before you invest! *Biweekly customers receive 20% OFF this service*
-Preventative Maintenance- (Cover Package) *Recommend every 6 Months*
$120-$140
During this service, we would remove the cover skin, flip the cover cores, reinstall the cover skin, deep clean the cover and apply Uv protection to the cover. Standard Spa $120, SwimSpa $130, DualTemp $140. If your spa has a hydraulic lifter that would need to be uninstalled and reinstalled, we would charge an additional $50. *Biweekly customers receive 20% OFF this service*
